What is the schedule of events on race day?

6:35 am - Race Blessing by Hannah McIntyre from the Pisgah Presbyterian Church 
6:45 am - Half Marathon Start
7:00 am - 10k Start

*If you do not pick up your packet at Pisgah Presbyterian Church on Friday, your packet is not guaranteed. Race shirts/awards will not be mailed after the race.*

Can I sign up on race day?

No. Packet Pick-up will be Friday only at Pisgah Presbyterian Church from12:00 noon until 6:00 pm.

What time will the half-marathon and 10k start?

The half-marathon starts at 6:45 am and the 10k starts at 7:00 am

What is the deadline for online registration?

Online registration will close at 8:00am on Friday, June 2. If you miss the online registration deadline, you may sign up at the Church on Friday, June 2 from 12:00pm – 6:00pm.

May I upgrade or downgrade from the distance I registered for?

Yes. If you would like to upgrade from the 10K event to the half-marathon or downgrade from the half-marathon to the 10K, please contact our Registration Coordinator at pisgahhalf@gmail.com.

If you downgrade from the half mare-thon to the 10K, you will NOT be refunded the price difference for the events. If you are upgrading from the 10K to the half-marathon, you will need to pay the upgrade difference.

May I get a refund for my entry?

Unfortunately no, entry fees are non-refundable.

May I transfer my registration to another person?

You may transfer your entry to next year or to another participant. The new participant is responsible for paying a transfer fee ($10 through May 25, and $15 during race week). If you would like to transfer your entry, e-mail Jill Pritchard at jillmpritchard@gmail.com.

Can someone else pick up my packet?

Yes, a friend or family member can pickup your packet for you if you give them permission. We do NOT require any proof of permission.

Will there be a gear check?

No. There will be no gear check- parking is right at the start/finish.

Are there pace requirements for the event?

An 18 minute (18:00) per mile pace is required for both the half mare-athon and the 10K. The half-marathon course will close at 11:00 AM. If you are unable to maintain the 18:00 per mile pace, you will be asked to move to the sidewalk and continue at your own risk, or board the SAG Wagon to be taken back to the finish line area.

Where can I park on race day?

Limited parking will be available at Ashbrook Farm. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.

Can I bring my dog?

No, we do not allow participants to bring dogs. In addition, please do not bring skates, baby strollers or jogging strollers.

Is there a minimum age requirement for the half-marathon?

You must be at least 10 years old by May 25 to participate in the half- marathon event.

Will there be Age-group awards?

Age-group awards will be given in the following increments to the top 3 in both the half-marathon and 10K events: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and above

Do all finishers receive a medal?

Yes, all finishers in both the half-marathon and 10K will receive a finisher medal.

Will there be an award ceremony?

There will NOT be a formal awards ceremony. Awards will be given out near the Packet Pickup table on the north side of Ashbrook Farm. Awards must be picked up by 12:00 PM.

What time zone is Versailles Kentucky?

For those of you traveling to Versailles from out of state, Central Kentucky is in the Eastern Time Zone. The Pisgah Farms and Furlongs half mare-thon will start at 6:45 AM EDT.

Does my sign-up package include a T-Shirt?

All race participants who register by May 12, 2023 will be guaranteed a T-Shirt with their sign up.
